The turntable arrived just in time for Christmas but was a huge disappointment. The noise was awful, and on closer inspection it was pretty obvious that the wheel was tilted badly. Why is there so little quality control effort that such an obvious quality issue is still shipping? It's frustrating to come back and even more annoying to give something so horrible to an excited friend only to be disappointed.

The player works well and has a lot of great output options. The problem with this is the overall sound quality. There is plenty of high frequency in the audio output, but bass is sorely lacking. I tried hooking it up to multiple speakers and even tried a preamp with it and none of them sounded decent. It's great if you're looking for something simple to get started and have the headphones you want to plug into it. Other than those use cases, I would avoid this player.

Just right if you have a few records to play but if you have many it may not last long as this type of turntable does not last long when you play with him little or no breaks. It has two built-in speakers, which music lovers might not like, and even if you plug it into a receiver, you'll need to turn up the volume to fully enjoy it. Considering the price (rather cheap compared to many other players), the Popsky is phenomenal. It works well, is easy to use, stylish, and has decent audio quality that's slightly better than most laptops. It has a very warm and nostalgic sound. The only gripe I have is quite a bit of shaking, but that doesn't usually affect the audio, and the more you turn up the volume, the more it distorts, as you can see in my video. I had a little trouble fitting the cover. Before installing the cover, ensure that the hinges can be folded forward to close the cover. Mine came with both loops bent backwards. They seem to break when I use force to tip them forward. But I did it carefully and kept it at the bottom of the loop.
