🎮 Atari Plug and Play TV Game Review

I was really excited about this as I was a big fan of Atari games. First, new TVs don't have proper connections. Second, when I figured out how it works, there was no sound, no color. Don't buy it if you don't have a tube TV. They need to develop a new version of the flat panel TV specification.

I never had an Atari as a kid (a bit too young) but bought it for our son to have a cheap plug game. The quality is good and much more reliable than a similar game plugin we bought from a local store. Has 10 games, very dated but everything works as you would expect for 1980s style games. I have to say that I'm quite addicted to the Pong game!

First it was listed as NEW and sent as a gift. I've just been told by the recipient that it came in a torn plastic bag with no box or instructions. Just a plug and play controller! WTF? No bubble wrap or anything to protect the game. Just a thin plastic bag and definitely not new. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because, miraculously, the game still works and appears to be intact.

I installed it in the bathroom for long sitting. It was fun for about a week then got bored, the games are ok and it's great for older people who miss Pong, Missle Team and Atari games. I think I'm too used to PlayStation games. Some of the games they chose would be easier to play if you had an old racket, hard to play pong and stuff like that with a joystick, you would have less control.

Not perfect but games work. The joystick is a bit tight so it twitches a bit when playing pong, but it's still a lot of fun. The games aren't quite as I remember them, but they're still a lot of fun to play. When I first took it out of the box, I put some batteries in and plugged it in; it did not work. Not really, the screen got blurry and the games wouldn't start. Well, you couldn't even read the words on the screen. But it turned out that the batteries were old. So if something strange…
