These are the most comfortable and safest work shoes I have ever worn. Very light, you'll notice a HUGE difference as you step away from standard work boots. I know security standards vary, but they should work for most of your businesses. Some companies require a specific height, like "ankle length”, others require laces just enough to stay out of the way, non-slip soles, and of course, a secure toe box. I would highly recommend these boots and will buy another pair when they run out.

Update: I've had these shoes for about 10 months and on the outside of the right shoe the leather has come loose from the sole. I'm leaving out my original 5 star review because I still have a pair of Timberland Pro steel toe boots that cost about the same and are over 5 years old and still intact. These are the most comfortable pair of steel socks I have ever worn. The toe box is wide enough to give your feet freedom of movement throughout the day. I bought these after pain in my feet due to tight boots and have had no problems with them. Arch support is on the low side but I personally prefer that.
