Broke a mirror on a concrete pillar in the parking lot. Bought as a replacement and everything works. The plastic surface is slightly different from other mirrors. The original is matte, this one is a bit glossy. Not big enough to deduct a star. I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma and it connects great and easily. It's been a few months and I haven't had any problems since installing it. The electrical control works perfectly.

Easy installation in 2001 Tacoma with extended 4x4 cab. You will need to pry off the black plastic triangle on the inside of the door (this area gives access to the connector as well as the mirror mounts). No need to remove the door panel! Note. It looks and moves (under power) like a perfect OEM replacement, except the mirror shakes pretty badly above 30mph. I'll try mirror overlay as another reviewer mentioned. For $40 I would consider it acceptable but still a bummer.
