Perfect replacement at a great price

I was researching the fan motor options in my area. The local auto parts store had one, but twice the price. The reviews weren't great either. What made this product interesting was the price and the reviews. 4/5 stars from 79 ratings were enough for me. Regarding the noise mentioned in some other reviews; I did not notice. In fact, I don't think it sounded any different than the original unit. The day before his arrival was miserable wisely because of the heat. It arrived today and I installed

Saved money, dealer wanted almost $250.00

My granddaughter has a 2004 Honda Odyssey and she was having problems with the front fan which is mounted just below the glove box. The fan would stop and then when turned back on it would make a dying noise. Well, I went to Revain's website, looked for a replacement fan, and tried to save the girl a few bucks. EX Odyssey. My fears turned out to be unfounded. It's no louder than the regular one and lets through an acceptable amount of air. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and the build quality is really very close to OEM. The big advantage, besides the replacement, was the…

Loud clicking noise after fan operation and heating

Initially louder than the original fan. The old fan has a muffler that I was able to remove and install on the new one, which made a big difference, although not as quiet as the original. After 6 months I heard a slight clicking sound that changed with engine speed. I thought it was dirt so I took the fan off and cleaned the cavity. Came back a few weeks later. They opened it up again and there was nothing in the trash. Reinstalled and a few days everything was fine. Now, 10 months after the…
