Our popular swim brand

We have a random batch of swim goggles and this pair from TYR are a family favourite. Our three teenage daughters most often wear this pair and two other pairs of TYR (Tracer). They choose this pair from the more expensive brands every time. We're pretty rough on our glasses; we don't take good care of them. I have to change them every few years. These are our favorite glasses. They sit comfortably and do their job.

Pros
  • Used by both pros and amateurs
Cons
  • Minor issues

good fit for my narrow face

It's hard to find swimming goggles and sunglasses that fit my narrow face. My Nest glasses are worn out. I tried a few other brands of glasses and returned or gifted them because I couldn't get a good seal around my eyes. So I ordered the Nest again, a little tired of a reviewer or two saying the quality had dropped. The fit is great without requiring too much pressure (no raccoon eyes) and the material (again?) looks and feels premium.

  • TPR pads

Don't waste your money

I was so fooled by the TYR brand name on them. I've always bought TYR swimmple goggles for my little boys so I figured if my oldest son's goggles break I'll stick with TYR but move on to something maybe less childish. Big mistake. They look and feel like they came from a dollar store. The nose bridge is so uncomfortable, it doesn't suck, the plastic feels so cheap, like something you can buy in a store for a dollar. I'm so disappointed in the name and quality of TYR.

Pros
  • Tested to give you an edge in all your activities
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Fantastic glasses that will not disappoint you

I bought them for swimming lessons and I have to say that I am very happy with them. I've never had such a good google. They absorb well but don't hurt. I don't even have to hold them and they haven't come off yet. Haven't tried diving with them yet but can't wait to see how they hold up. The fog lights are a little questionable. When you apply them, they don't seem to fog up for about 20 minutes and then slowly add in. Overall VERY happy with them and if I need more I will definitely get them.

Pros
  • Wide range of peripherals
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Comfortable, clear and NO leaks!

I've had these glasses for 6 weeks now. No leakage. No eye pain. The wide surface and the soft material ensure a firm and pain-free fit on my face. I have a Vankischer 2.0 speedometer. I like the TYR Nest Pro more than the Vanquisher because the Nest Pro has a wider eye area. The winner puts too much pressure on my eye sockets and I feel my eyes pop out a little. Nest Pro clicks on the bone area, not the eye area. I always wash my goggles with a little soap before swimming to keep the lensesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Anti-fog coating
Cons
  • Big and chunky

The best glasses for high cheekbones

These are the only glasses my daughter will wear. She swims five days a week year-round and wears Nest Pro goggles. They hold up well and don't leak. They don't give her the evil raccoon eyes that other glasses have. One thing to keep in mind is that their nano version appears to be for women and children, but they are very narrow. They offer more eye room and the gasket seems to seal better. We both have high, sharp cheekbones, which causes sealing problems with many other glasses. They sitโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Unibody Design
Cons
  • Flaws

Best value for money

These are my 3rd Nest Pro goggles (in 5 years) and I can safely say they are the best goggles you can buy. I say this for three reasons: Price: $16 off Amazon, this is a steal for this quality. Each pair lasts for more than a year of use. Comfort: It's more of a suction cup around the eye socket (kinda just realized how weird that sounds as I typed that in) I'm sure they fog up, but it's just not noticeable. Longevity: I lose vapor, I've never destroyed a vape. The longest of these lasted twoโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Integrated anti-fog
Cons
  • unreliable
