Really good turntable I was skeptical at first but I play mine.

Really good player I was skeptical at first but my records play much better than my Ion player. Recordings that are skipped or stuck in a loop play back without issue. I also notice a lot less pop and distortion than when playing my records.

Great player, great price

The packaging was great and the arm was balanced straight away, an easy assembly anyone could do. I think this is an excellent "average" table, it's really good but certainly not the best. The materials are great, it's a work of art to display. It didn't drive me or give me any problems, but my other $150 AudioT turntable is setting brand new records.

Pros
  • Like all others so far
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Flawless installation and flawless workmanship

It did justice to the advertising: flawless workmanship and flawless execution. Arrived double boxed and undamaged. It took a few minutes to set it up. The sound is clear and detailed, a huge improvement over the aging turntable it replaced. I really like this pickup - we hear details that were previously hidden or washed out. It doesn't hurt that it looks beautiful and elegant. Very satisfied.

  • Worth the money

Super quiet on turntables and accessories

I have had this turntable for a few months now. i really love it It's dead as far as its 33 1/3 speed goes. The base is beautiful and the acrylic turntable is just cool! The downside for me was the thin record holder. It was cut off in the middle and was driving me crazy! The other thing that annoyed me a bit was that there was no weight tracking information in the TT settings. I had to go to the Ortofon website for this information. The red Ortofon cassette is fine now, although I may replace…

Well made simple turntable

Good TT for the price. It's not very heavy, but well made. It's very easy to set up right out of the well-packaged box. The red Ortofon pickup is a plus. The sound is good and the solid wood base is of good quality. The only downside is that it has a round drive belt instead of a flat one, which is why I often come across this. Most likely a user problem. Additionally, if you place decent speakers too close to it, the TT will pick up a significant amount of speaker feedback. As long as the…

Very good. the best in home audio

This player is a replacement for an old Gemini DJ player I had for a long time. So this is my first experience with audiophile players. My old table also had a red Ortofon cartridge, so the tables are compatible in that regard. I really enjoy all aspects of this article. I find the aesthetics very successful. Not too many bugs but all the main features are there. The sound reproduction is very transparent, pure and real. I was able to smooth my EQ to get a nice balanced sound with the aspects…

Poorly constructed turntable

At first I was incredibly excited about this product. All the reviews I read pointed to an overall effective product. I received it and immediately plugged it into my turntable. It worked fine for a few days, but then when I tried to play one of my records, there was a problem. The "strap" that powered the acrylic sheet used to play the records had stretched over time and could not fit snugly on the turntable. I've tried everything to make a proper belt for him, even going so far as to wrap a…

Easy setup, amazing aesthetics,

It was a tough choice between this and the Fluance RT85. Below I will list the notable differences for anyone pondering which one to buy. RT85 Pros: Standard Blue Cassette Cassette Auto-lift when recording is complete RT85 Cons: Thick, high-gloss wood-look base. That's subjective, but it seems distasteful to me. Looks great and feels great. Assembled in the USA by an American company. Particular cons of Orbit: Default red cartridge (can be configured on their website to use blue or upgrade…
