My dog doesn't work, still barking at them 😔 Can I return it? And get a refund? July 6, 2020 my dog passed out, I read articles, this device can cause it! I would like to return. It doesn't work at all. I did a test where it would light up to indicate it was working, but I bought it for my neighborhood nightmare dogs and installed it no more than 15 feet from its window sill location and let go. Without change. The dog is still satan and I'm losing my temper no matter what the cost plus the 9 volt battery which wasn't cheap either. I'm so pissed.

This works at the stated distances, but not over very long distances. This stopped barking in most dogs within 3-4 days! We have very small yards in my area so I set it to the lowest setting. - I'm in Southern California, so most of the time the weather doesn't matter. - Thickness doesn't matter as it's not meant to be carried around. It's small.

I would return this item if I could but it was said in the description that it could take a while before the effects were noticed I've tried posting it outside, focusing on the obnoxious constant barking, so the apartment next to me, maybe 20-30 feet depending on where the perpetrator is barking. No effect. After about a month I decided to test it out and focus on my dogs and how my dogs would react to it. It's been 4 months and not a single dog is interested in the device.
