We bought 3 of these because I feel like I keep losing them. The first set we received didn't work, neither did the second. Terrible!

The remote control installed the batteries perfectly and could be used straight out of the box. The delivery was very quick. love it

does not work. No pairing method, no instructions, no information about the network. An absolute waste of money and I didn't get a chance to try it until our return window closed.

My Roku was too old to be compatible with it otherwise seems like a good buy. I only paid five bucks for it and it seems like a good quality remote, it didn't have the reset or pairing button needed to connect it to my Roku

The remote came in a plastic box and nothing else. I put batteries in and tested the button and it worked. If you have the right TV model, it works without any problems and requires no instructions. Looks just like the old one that failed.

DO NOT buy this remote control if you are using it as a replacement. It does NOT have a sync/pair button and we couldn't program it. The only way to use this remote control is an additional one. You still need the original remote control to be able to connect this as an additional remote control. When I found out the return time had expired so it's mine and useless. Be careful when purchasing a REPLACEMENT remote for your Roku device.

Although the photo and description looked the same as that which doesn't work well for us, we can't use it. This replacement remote didn't quite match our old one. This came with no instructions. Totally useless. We couldn't program it for use on our TV or Roku system. We throw it away, not worth getting a refund for less than $10. Return.
