Easy setup works best with wireless access points

I'm not sure why some reviewers say setup is difficult. Here's what I did.1. I have read the instructions. 2. I have connected Cat. 5 from my modem to port WAN.3. I connected the power supply.4. I installed the iOS app on my phone.5. I launched the app, clicked the QR icon in the app, and scanned the bottom of the cube.6. I set a new SSID and password.7. I reset the web admin password although I heard it is unique for each cube.8. I updated the firmware through the app. 1 click. Done. Wi-Fi…

Pros
  • WLAN standard: IEEE 802.11ac
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Mighty Mite: Performance in a compact form factor

After researching I bought one of these to meet my specific needs: to add a reliable and powerful wireless network to my existing home network to add. It replaces a pair of Linksys EA3500 routers/wifi/switches that have worked well for a long time. AirCube did not disappoint. Disclaimer: I'm a professional IT professional, currently working as a sysadmin for a large organization and bought it partly based on previous experience with Ubiquiti (all good). That's why, in my experience, I can't…

Pros
  • Wireless speed: 1.14Gbps
Cons
  • Hard to say

Easy to use after the initial setup.

This works great and has a very good range. Used with Loco M2 Nanostation. Not easy to set up, but there are great tutorials on YouTube. I use this combo to boost camping wifi while we're out. Uses 24V so can be used during brodocking if you connect it to a 12V to 24V boost converter. This version comes with a power adapter so there is no need to use the NanoStation's POE. If you don't use 5G or don't like it, you can save money and use the airCube ISP.

Pros
  • Frequency range: 5 GHz
Cons
  • Set weak

Very easy! in Networking Products

*Update: stopped working after 4 months. I'm waiting for the manufacturer to say something about the guarantee, but of course I'm very disappointed. This thing is very easy to use and has fulfilled my wish to be able to easily change the WiFi password every day while my kids do their own thing (e.g. your WiFi which now has to be reprogrammed every day :) ) But the Cube is quick to set up, works great with my 1 gigabyte of internet and gives us the high speeds that we want for our high-tech…
