So-so quality, price doesn't match quality.

Terrible router. It is poorly configured, I did not understand anything at all, I had to call a specialist. Constantly slows down, you have to reboot, the signal is sometimes weak. I used it for 3 months, I got tired of suffering and I got a normal one for myself, even cheaper than this

Yes, two LocoM5 are set up and ready to go, BUT

Pros: Install, connect to power, LAN and everything works. A good product. I use many of their wireless products. Cons: The default IP addresses have changed. The default username and password are different. You cannot get to the "on" web interface. So I don't know what distance was set. What was the wifi password to connect to the third point. I have been an IT expert/consultant for 25 years. I've installed them before, so it doesn't really matter. Tip: If you get stuck, go to YouTube and…

Incredibly difficult to set up but they work great

They were very difficult to set up. I had to dig for hours on the internet to find all the necessary information. IP addresses, subnet masks, set IP4 to only connect to devices, etc. The instructions were completely incomplete. You Tube helped some, but the details (like what IP addresses to set to work with YOUR modem, etc.). There is no excuse for such poor instructions. I might actually write them now after all the digging I had to do. There are a few details you need to know, and unless…

Bearish setting but worth it in the end

Read reviews on this item. They came "preconfigured" but not the way I wanted to use them. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to set it up. Both came with IP, user and password on the inside of the lid. Connected to the network and programmed for my application. I ran a test with the hotspot on my dresser inside, pointing at the wall facing my shop outside. My shop is only 300 feet from the outside wall where the hotspot used to be. I have a satellite receiver plugged into the front wall of…

The building blocks are NOT PROGRAMMED!

The product itself is excellent. I bought a pair instead of 2 separate radios because they were told they were already programmed. They are NOT programmed. The IP addresses are not what they should be, the password is not what it should have been. Like all other settings, we left the mode on the radio by default. Please note that I did not provide this information to the seller, so these are not bad or conflicting instructions. That was their installation project - an Access Point and STATION…
