Excellent M chip and bracket placement and very good main body design. The main problem is the poor design of the caps on the USB-A and USB-C ports. These lids cannot be opened and can therefore be lost once opened. They have a very unusual, non-rectangular shape, so you'll probably set them aside if you're using an open-ported drive. Wish Ugreen is updating it as some of their other products like hubs etc are amazing and excellently designed.

This USB adapter is really big and heavy. I'm concerned that the USB connector will be damaged over time due to port load. For this reason, the kit should include a short USB extension cable. UPDATE: New SSD is faster. USB3 Gen2 500MB and Gen 1 are 400MB slower. Both speeds are great. It is very easy to install an SSD in the case. Very nice design.
