I like it, but I agree the filters are overpriced and a problem for those who don't drink a full bottle of wine at a time. However, there is a solution. What I do is clean the whole bottle through a filter and then pour it back into the bottle (using a funnel) and then drink as much as I want!

I have a terrible stuffy nose after drinking wine. I bought this in hopes that it would fix the problem and I could fall asleep without using peppermint oil, menthol, or a proper breathing strip to keep my nasal passages open. Strain an entire bottle of Ruby Port through a filter on the first evening. After dinner I drank a glass of port wine. I didn't even stuff my nose before going to bed! No headaches in the morning. Good product.

In our opinion it works. I haven't had a hangover or headache since using this. I am allergic to sulfanilamide and have always been interested in sulphites. Mind you, I'm no doctor, but this is a cool aerator to say the least. However, it all depends on the interpretation. We usually filter 2 bottles at a time and use a glass jar for storage. This allows us to get the most out of the filters. We either drink it overnight or over the next few days. It worked very well.
