Flexible Herniated Arteries: A Fun Learning Tool!

This model animal is a great addition to my science classroom... As my tests showed, students love bending and manipulating the arteries while learning about hernias. The flexibility allows for demonstration of various scenarios and conditions. However, the model may not be as durable as some heavier alternatives..

Pros
  • Flexible, unique alternative, engaging for students.
Cons
  • Less durable compared to heavier alternatives.

Not as shown

Actual product is very stiff and does not flex nearly as much as shown in photo. This is false advertising typical of most items I get here and bummer because I had to use this to illustrate flexion to my patients. What a waste of time and money.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Expensive
