I don't know how I used to live without this t-shirt. I bought one to test and immediately had to buy 5 more. This shirt is very light, waterproof and very breathable. It is also very comfortable to wear. Perfect as a tank top or while working out. In extremely hot temperatures of 85-90 these shorts will keep you cool and don't feel like they're trapping heat, at least they seem to pull a lot of heat away from your body. Good compression. The deep V-neckline is invisible when worn over a shirt. Suitable for everyday use as well as for training. While this is a good workout shirt, it obviously doesn't cover the arms so isn't as bulky as a long sleeve shirt. I plan to use this more for "hidden compression" for everyday use. When I play basketball, I feel like the compression makes your muscles, including your heart and lungs, work a little harder, and when you're sweating, the material somehow keeps the sweat off your body.
