Screws are weak, had to buy new kits, there weren't enough screws in the kit for the box other than a perfect fit and finish

The hardware is defective. One of them broke and got stuck. I couldn't take it out. I had to use my own hardware to install it. The material is cheap thin plastic. Not as strong as I thought.

Very well thought-out design with great features. I had a little trouble getting the supplied screws into the base of my TITAN XD and they told me the TITAN had a double wall base on the sides but I didn't know that until it was too late. I ended up installing them and they are great. I highly recommend them.

The heads of the self-tapping screws for attaching the bracket have broken off. Plastic looks cheap and brittle. Lock and unlock works great. If you stow other items in the bed of your truck, e.g. B. a refrigerator, the refrigerator will get in the way of your swing-out access box. This box is a great idea, just wish it was more durable.

Installed in the cockpit of a 2018 Nissan Titan. It's a great idea, but it's cheaply made. Too expensive for this quality. It is convenient for storing items that clutter up your car (tools, tow straps, etc.). I opened envelopes that seemed to offer a better fight than this box. I'm pretty sure the kid could open it.

. The head of one of the shafts came loose even after drilling the pilot holes with only moderate torque. Now I have to drill out the broken bolt and then to the hardware store for a replacement. The locking mechanism basically serves as a selling point. This is a $125 product retailing for $200.
