I am obsessed with drawing, painting and craft supplies

I have used art markers for many years. I've always opted for elms, non-standard hobbyist lobbies, or branded felt-tip pens. They knock all other paint markers out of the water! Wow. I am very impressed. Color develops in seconds, unlike other brands it takes about a minute to achieve color flow. The colors are great and strong. Now I will definitely ONLY buy them. The Elmers brand tip tends to fall out, which is not good while you are working on the painting! If you're hesitant to buy them, I…

Bought these with a set of 12 extra fine tipped markers. As with the Extra Fine Point Markers, these Fine Point Markers are easy to apply, nice and opaque, but to be honest there aren't many of them. Difference between Fine Point and Extra Fine Point line weights. I primed all the markers when I got them and the lines I made with Fine Point and Extra Fine Point are indistinguishable from each other. How I wish I had just received a box of Fine Points and a box of Medium Point or Bold Point…

Reliable colored pencils are held by gravity only

Hello everyone! My name is Aspen, @Paraslider on Twitter, I'm an artist and animator going to college this year and I want to say I've been using them for 2 years now and they still work great. There were some issues with the paint itself, which I'll get to later. In the meantime, I'll start with a brief introduction to how these buttons work. Posca pens are well known for their use in graffiti and street art, so the tips of the pens are pretty much made to go through the mangle. As long as the

Great for painting rocks

We use these markers for our hobby of painting smooth river rocks and they are amazing. The ends are tight and will not fall off. The only caveat I want to make is that you get the best, smoothest line if you "pull" the pen toward you. If you "push" the line away from you (as if you were writing an "O") you will get some feathering unless you release the pressure. Or, if you're painting, just rotate the rock so that you're pulling the pencil towards you instead of pushing it away. We have these

Posca pens are amazing.

Posca pens are amazing. I'll reiterate what someone else said about using ANY type of drawing pen because I think it's invaluable information. Colorful handles will leak if they don't run properly! Many people complain that large drips come out of the drawing pen after the first few uses. This is a real problem! Here's the trick (at least as far as I know). Shake your pen like crazy. KEEP THE HANDLE VERTICAL. PLACE IT ON YOUR EAR THEN HOLD IT WITH THE TIP OR NAIL OF YOUR FINGER. YOU HEAR A…

A bit pricey but worth it.

These buttons work if used correctly. Like other acrylic crayons, they require a bit of preparation before use. First, you should gently push the pen inward, then gently press the pen several times (gently again) until the color fills it. Use the wrong pen, no matter the brand, and you will end up with paint drips. A gentle hand and patience are two magical tools. When it comes to lightness, Posca markers hold a pen or pencil. If you can do this, you will be successful at it! They are very…
