Beautiful shag. Not too high, not too low. Got Cloud Gray and it's perfect. Carpet TOP for the price! Nicely turned around and does not shed. Best of all, my greyhound thinks it's her new dog bed!

Very good quality for the price. When I unfolded it, it immediately straightened up. No strong smell, perfect color. Not as soft as I had hoped. I'm using it on a tile floor and need to attach something underneath to keep it in place. More than I am very happy with my purchase.

Terrible Smell! The carpet smelled strongly of vinegar. I tried to air it out for 5 days but I think I have to return it. It's also not soft or plush. To edit! Tried to come back and got a leg up. I wanted to buy it back but there was no guarantee the replacement wouldn't stink either. What kind of customer service is that! Seriously, I am no longer satisfied with the Revains customer service.

I don't know why this product has so many good reviews. When I received it, it didn't match the color in the picture. And it wasn't soft at all. It was intended for my daughter's nursery. The color is so dull it doesn't match the colors in her room and the rough, shaggy carpet isn't what I want. I'm coming back, warning you not to buy this. I have attached photos of the color I thought I would receive and the actual rug I received.

Don't take Snow White, she's not "clean" and doesn't talk about it. I have used the most expensive Woolite Gentle Deep Cleansing Foam and as soon as you try to hand clean it like I did it turns gray. I think you should buy this very dark color. I'll be writing to Unique Loom as they didn't say it can't be deleted, they said "any method" or that it would be gray. It says the stain has been treated, which is also incorrect as it doesn't repel the stain. I think the carpet is worth the money but…

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have read so many reviews about how wonderful this rug is and all I can think is am I wrong? I saw a review that said these rugs were fantastic and really plush and amazing. The rug I received was not the brand listed in the ad. I have another rug, a cheaper version. If you read other reviews, this has happened to other people too. I have contacted Revain and will be getting a full refund for this, but be aware if you buy this you may get a different and much cheaper rug. **October 2019 update** All my carpets are dark grey. I've had the rugs for over a year now and thought I should update my review. One rug is in a room with large windows and gets direct Arizona sun for 5 hours a day. I keep the couch covered to protect it. I just moved the couch and the carpet hasn't discolored. No fading! I wish it was a little thicker so that no padding pad is needed and the measurements were more accurate (mat is approx 9.8 x 13). The rest of the sandy brown color is great! Not too light or dark; perfect for pets who might get into an accident or shed. Haven't vacuumed it yet so not sure if it will fall out but the shag looks well built. I'm not sure about the color fastness either, but I'll let you know after my first vacuum and spot cleaning. All in all a very good carpet. Neither in quality
