Excellent sports training aid

Helps to look down while dribbling. This is very annoying at first until you learn to dribble without looking. Very cheap compared to the success he is getting at dribbling. Excellent study guide.

Pros
  • Suitable for youth and children
Cons
  • Frequency

Not very useful

This is a good concept, but useless in practice. It's hard for a kid to wear this and not look at the ball. Instead, there are good soccer exercises that encourage the child to look at the goal, the opponent or the coach. I would recommend exercises like this, not this guide, my son has not used them, having only tried them once.

Pros
  • Tutorial on limiting the view down
Cons
  • weak
