They work really well and don't leak. The problem is installing the 1 inch PVC after installation. It took me a few hours to figure out that you have to sand down the end of the PVC pipe about 3 or 4 inches and apply some lube to get it in. Once you add the lube and grind it up, it will be easier for me to wiggle. Hope that helps.

Excellent for fill and drain systems. Drilled plastic 1/8 inch for bell siphon. 1 inch PVC works great. Hole. Bought a 1" tank adapter for 1" PVC pipe. I drilled a 1 3/4" hole and the adapter fit but was a little tight. I tried threading 1" pipe through the adapter and in the process broke both barrels I attach the adapter to I had to pretty much scrap and really improvise my plans for what I wanted to do with these adapters since I could only fit about 1/8" pipe through the adapters.
