Just installed this new ballast. I replaced a 20 year old ballast that died last week. The exchange process was very easy. I simply split and twisted all the wires in the correct colors: 2 red to 2 red, 2 blue to 2 blue, 2 yellow to 2 yellow, black to black, and white to white. Update 6th January 2021 After researching the FEIT website I found a ballast compatibility chart which states that my LED bulbs are compatible with this ballast. Tried it again with LED bulbs. Still does not work. I tried swapping the ends of a lightbulb, it didn't help. I tried changing the bulbs and it worked. At least I think it was consistent since I didn't write down what I did.
