Works as described in socket wrenches

I bought it to turn hook and eye bolts. I first drilled a hole for the screws and then used this jig to drive the hook and eye screws in and it worked great! This saves me from manually screwing it in, which can be difficult and painful. The work also went much faster. I'm sure there are other uses for this drill and overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • power tools and hand tools
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Worked in extreme use case

I used this tool to open the wheel lock bolts on my car because the original adapter was lost. These screw heads have an outer diameter of 13 mm and are tightened with approx. 120 Nm. This jack opened all four latches, although it broke on the last one (but still managed to open). I think this tool is not designed for this kind of work, but in this need it worked fine. It saved me from a big bill at the tire shop.

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for elderly

Great for light work but not for high torque work

Pros: This product is great for light work. This saves time when looking for the right head size. Cons: If you're using this with a drill or impact wrench, this head will cause a lot of vibration, which is a big safety concern. If you want to use it to remove rusty or over-tightened nuts and bolts, you're looking for the wrong product. In these situations it is better to use a regular socket as it will slip off and break quite a bit (the steel pins will be bent and jammed). to your application.

Badly damaged by 2 screws, disappointed.

This tool was useful for removing two nuts and wheel eyelets. This tool is suitable for small non-torque fasteners. I have used it to remove wheel locks on some car wheels. The tool cannot withstand any torque. The pins are countersunk and thus rendered non-functional. I'm grateful I had two wheellocks removed, but the third and fourth come off with a whetstone. For $7, I'm happy with the results but disappointed that the tool didn't hold up. I work with old cars all the time and a tool like…
