Pin Gap Too Big

Use this tool to remove the oil drain plug on a 2004 Hummer H2. No matter how tight I hold the socket on the screw. It continued to slip as it began to twist the bolt's head.

It didn't work at all

No matter how hard I tightened the socket, as soon as I started turning the wrench it just popped out and loosened from the nut. The jaws will not stay perpendicular to the bolt and will simply slip off. Don't waste money.

RESTORE TOOL. NOT GOOD.

BAD DESIGN. DO NOT OBSERVE THE TENSION WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOOSE OR TIGHTEN THE HEX SCREW. FINGERS TURN EASILY BUT ENOUGH ENOUGH TO SLIP NO MATTER HOW TIGHT IT IS ON THE SCREW. I UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICS AND AM SURE I CAN MAKE THE CAR BETTER

Science Fair Project

I'll add a little later Well, horror, but I wasn't wrong when I ordered it. I just wanted to see how it works. It undoubtedly works, a strong beast, but there are no clear instructions, if any, and if you open it too wide it literally crumbles into dozens of little pieces and feathers. With careful use, it's somewhat more durable than the universal pin sockets, but it's also quite large, making it unsuitable for small spaces. Interesting, inexpensive, but not for serious use.

That's an alligator. for Wrenches

So I've been looking for a universal socket for a long time. Not because I wanted to buy it, but because I wanted to design it. I've seen three (including my own). The first was Gator. They're great for VERY light work with small sizes and as you get bigger you can increase the load (also specific sizes that match the pin diameter. I can't remember what it is, but there's a nice spot where the Gator actually fits perfectly, but that's only medium and tall size). Then there's this guy, who Iโ€ฆ
