This is a great product for its content. I use it as a recovery drink, it doesn't completely dissolve in water when mixed, but it's still pretty good. I personally prefer the taste of watermelon, but grapes come second. For the price and taste I recommend this product, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I prefer the watermelon flavor.

I tried the groovy grape flavor and it was pretty good, but the watermelon flavor is amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough. I feel rested about an hour after drinking this post workout drink and the next day is not that painful. The product is not completely biodegradable in water, but it is perfectly compatible. The flavor isn't overwhelming though, more like melted Fun Rancher watermelon in water. Good product!

Mind you - they've now removed the citrulline malate from it, so there are only 6 ingredients. I switched from Xtend to Atomic 7 a few years ago because it had all the same ingredients, including citrulline, and was slightly cheaper. It's still a good product and I love the taste, but be aware that the formula has changed recently. I want to add citrulline so I'll be using Xtend again which is pretty fun now it's $3 cheaper.
