This is a high quality aluminum Y-tube. I needed 2 for my minivan to replace the OEM plastic Y-pipes. I used to have a break and I was afraid it would happen again. Peace of mind is priceless!

This product works and will last much better than the cheap plastic equivalent which only lasts about a year. To give 4 d/t stars I had to drill out a nose left over from the stamping process to expose the inner hole a bit.

Has been working great on my 2000 VW Routan for 5 months and not a single leak. Works with all Dodge Caravans that require a coolant splitter replacement. The dealer quoted me almost 500 dlrs. All you need is a working knife and 1 hour to fix it, plus coolant.

So far it's holding up well. You need to cut the plastic ties around the old plastic tee and use the new ties for that. The only downside I have is that there is cast material left in one leg, but it's easy to remove with a 1/2" drill bit.

I used this connector on my brothers 2001 Dodge Durango R/T 5.9 4WD/4x4 SUV, it replaces the plastic heater hose, triple connector on the passenger side. It worked great and fit perfectly. I definitely recommend this product. It is much better than the original plastic part. Five stars 👍🏼

I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT (V6, 4.0L). The HVAC coupler, originally a molded plastic part, explodes. This plastic part failed 4 times, replacing the plastic part each time. I found this part and replaced the plastic part beforehand. In general, everything is simple and much stronger than plastic. I'll update if this one explodes like the others, but it also failed the stress test. Historically, plastics have failed during towing and when the engine is hot.

A few corrections or contradictions to what I see in the reviews. My Y didn't need to be drilled. There was a small crest but I didn't feel it needed polishing. Also, my hoses were 5/8" instead of 3/4. I may have gotten the wrong size hoses. It took some force to tighten them, but they seem to work fine. Also, when I bought this I thought, it said origin was Korea. I can't find it on the site anymore. My part said it was made in China. This part is definitely more expensive and you may need…
