Bought these 'Faraday' bags and the box that goes with them. Both came promptly. These pockets are useless, very small for a key fob and do NOT block RFID. I put my key fob in each bag and closed the lid, went to my car with the bag/key fob in the bag and it opened up and started right away, both bags failed the test. I then put the key fobs in the box and everything worked great, the car would not open or start. These bags are garbage.

Purchased the upgraded Faraday bag immediately after reading a review detailing the dangers associated with in-car keyless fob functions. Since I always lock my car with all windows closed and the sunroof is also firmly locked when locked in the garage, adding the protection provided by the Faraday bag was the next step in protecting my car more fully. UPDATE: A year later I tested this item again and it stopped working. My car starts even though the car key is in the Faraday bag. The other, bought at the same time but only used to protect a second car key in a drawer, still blocks the key's signal (so my car won't start).
