Excellent Quality Leather, light weight (2 to 3 ounce), average 1/16 thick. Approximately 12 Square Feet Mixed Colors Fine Cowhide Pieces, soft, supple and lightweight. All pieces handsize or bigger. Random assortment: Will contain some black, the rest mostly earthtones, shades of brown, tan, grey, burgundy, other colors. We always send a nice selection, plus extra- see picture for good idea of typical color assortment. Average lot contains 20 or 30 pieces depending on size. Perfect for any upholstery application, cases and small bags, book covers, leather garment trims, fringes, chokers, bookmarks, handle wraps, doll clothing- and a thousand other uses.

So much great skin!

So much leather! Mostly black and tan, but there are about 6 other colors. Unfolds (Tetris style) approximately 6 feet by 3 feet.

Satisfied Customer

It was great I really only needed leftovers as I was trying to finish an art project I had already started with another leather I had previously. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, it arrived on time.

Small Pieces

The picture shows a 12 inch piece of leather as I would guess based on the ruler in the stack. I wasn't thrilled when I opened the package and saw dozens of small, palm-sized pieces. I understand these were script snippets, but they are too small for the projects I had in mind.

Excellent quality and quantity but not exactly the colors that are described.

I'm a bit torn on how to rate this item. The volume and quality was outstanding - I actually received 32 pieces, each piece is at least the size of the palm of a hand (most were larger) and the quality of the leather is excellent. HOWEVER, the details say some black, mostly earth tones, "a good choice". So I chose this lot over several others that cost about $10 less because they were described as "mostly black". Of the 32 pieces, 21 were black, 4 were very dark brown (almost black), 3 were…
