Great product- just wish they had more detailed documentation

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service and support, and is very flexible. The software is intuitive and easy to learn. It is also very customizable which allows you to fine tune your system to meet your needs. I don't like that their training materials are not as thorough as other companies' training materials. If you have basic knowledge of Excel or Powerpoint then this program should be no problem for you. We were able to create an all in one scheduling and dispatching…
