This is a great, great value option for retrofitting older non-Bluetooth OEM radios. I have now bought a second device for my son's car. Most of the reviews are pretty good and so is my experience. Works very well in the end. Works as expected and I was able to keep the CD changer functionality on the factory radio. I installed it on a 2004 Toyota Tundra 4-Door Limited with factory JBL sound system (no rear entertainment system). The instructions did not say how to install this on a JBL system and I have never had a response from USA-SPEC customer service despite numerous calls.
