Towed a large motorcycle on a trailer 1200 miles one way (99% of the miles on freeways). On trips abroad I have used Lowe's 1666lbs / 5000lbs tension straps. One broke on the way down; Luckily, it's not one of the main risers, but more of a stabilization strap. Something better was needed so they were priced at a break of £5200 and that was the kit. I check the straps before every ride and they are tight. I bought a "bike in a box" and assembled the bare essentials until it got to my shop. Very misleading marketing, use of US in their name and yet the product is made in China from Chinese materials. Shame on them for tricking a lot of people into buying what they might have thought was a US made product. What I like about them are the clips themselves. The rest of the strap is actually pretty crumbly. They include some small velcro straps to keep things organized BUT they snag on the straps and actually chew on them and cause fraying.
