Love it! Electronics

I love this HUB. I had a previous version and upgraded to USB-C when I bought a Samsung Galaxy S10E mobile phone. I now use it with USB C fast charging cables. What a difference in charging speed! I love USB-C. The hub is perfect for ALL my device needs and is easy to transport. I call it my harmonica.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Sorry hardware

not compatible with network products

I bought this hub to replace the dead one. The ad said it had a USB dongle, but when it arrived it didn't have a micro dongle (maybe for a Mac?). So I never had a chance to use it (returned). If the ad had said a Mac dongle I would never have ordered it. If only these jerks displayed their ads correctly, they wouldn't have as many bounces. This one does NOT have a USB dongle.

Pros
  • clear even with the old
Cons
  • Clarity

As an on the go developer, this thing is a lifesaver!

As a software developer for mobile devices and web applications, I always have problems manipulating peripherals because USB ports are not available on my laptop. This device is perfect! For mobile development in particular, I've found this to be a lifesaver due to the additional access to SD storage. Since I'm using a newer HP Specter as my primary travel and development laptop, I'm limited to just 1 USB-C port and 1 USB-3 port. This limits me to just one USB peripheral (usually my mouse) and…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • No automatic controls

Agree with other reviews it doesn't work well with Mac

So, for full disclosure, I actually bought this from Staples to use with my Mac. It really doesn't work well. I connected a wireless mouse and tried to sync my phone with iTunes. On this adapter the mouse response was intermittent and the Mac didn't recognize my phone. I bought another adapter from Amazon and my phone is recognized and the mouse works fine.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Some issues
