Best headset I've ever used

I work from home as a customer service representative and need noise canceling headphones and a mic. When I received the headset, the first thing I experienced was the comfort and the very long cable. I also like the flexibility of the mic and the ability to move it in any direction. The sound quality is excellent, and having the volume and mute controls in my hand is another great feature. Don't let the low price fool you! The sound is loud and clear!

I bought them for work from home and conferences as I run a Work from Home LLC. It was amazing from the start. After unpacking them, I plugged them in and Windows 10 set them up right away. At a meeting I attended, they immediately turned on the headset and toggled everything with no issues! The sound was so loud, crisp and clear that I only had to turn the volume up to 45 instead of 100 like some other headsets. Then lasted 2 months

At first the product sounded great and was easy to use. After 2 months, the button body got hot randomly, although it kept working, and the next day the PC doesn't recognize the connected USB. I tried several PCs and none of them even registered the USB connection, which narrowed the problem down to the headset itself. Since there was no visible damage to the case, cable, or headset, I opened up the button case to find any obvious signs of damage. The real problem seems to be the manufacturing.

These headphones do not have noise cancellation. This is the most sensitive microphone I have ever used. It captures all sorts of background noise. If you breathe at all, it's unbearably loud, you're literally raping the ears of the people listening to you. Keyboard noise, mouse noise, move your chair, if someone is downstairs in your house you can hear them. It's literally amazing how sensitive this mic is. Also, this headset is incredibly loud.
