Controlled Smell pours very well.

My goal is to find a UV resin that spreads well and doesn't smell. This is probably the 5th type I've bought and is the best of them all. The products are transparent and can be easily removed from the molds. It smells, but good ventilation can be treated.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Works but not as well as a bottle

Works but not as well as a bottle for some reason. Sounds ridiculous because I'm pretty sure they fill it with the same stuff, but for some reason I've had to run my stuff under a UV light way more often than usual and it still felt like there was a sticky residue. up.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Not sure

I love this UV resin!

I really like this UV resin. I've tried many others but no luck. There were always microbubbles and my designs didn't cure properly. I had no blisters with this resin and it cures great. It's a bit thinner than other resins, but it's just the right thickness for me. Bought 2 times. Will keep buying.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors

I enjoyed working with this UV resin

I really enjoyed working with this UV resin. I've tried other brands and had so many curing issues when adding pigment. That made the job a little easier. What I've learned to minimize bubbles is to put the resin in a bath of warm water and it comes out very clear with no bubbles. My only complaint is the strong or even being in a well ventilated area. Recommend the use of appropriate personal protective equipment against chemical odor. I also ordered a bottle.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Expensive

Absolut REEKS

This resin, like the others, has an odor. Of course, definitely. But this one is so unbearable that I can't use it anymore. It was so strong it made me feel nauseous - I was wearing a multi-layer mask and it was seeping in and going through. My room was well ventilated and prepared for the usual smell of tar, but this left a lingering odor that caused a long lasting migraine for hours. He even "stained" my forms with stench and left marks on them. Not sure if I just got a bad bottle or what but

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Worth buying again

Great resin! Don't think too much or run fluently. I heat mine to make it more watery and avoid bubbles. Pour slowly and use a heat gun to avoid/remove bubbles. If you have never used resin before, remember that the temperature of the resin usually needs to be above 70ºC to cure properly. Also, use a higher wattage UV lamp. I use the 54W one and can heal most of my items in 120 seconds in one go. As this is UV activated I wouldn't recommend doing this outdoors but ensure good ventilation…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Uh, it's done. Nearly.

I bought this bottle because I couldn't find a price for this amount of resin as UV resin is a bit more expensive. It's a UV resin, works like a UV resin and if you experiment with the number of layers and the UV intensity you can do some pretty neat things with it. However, I don't see it listed anywhere. This site is about a "thin" type of resin and my biggest issue I've had with this brand is that all of my projects have warped or shrunk during curing. Not entirely sure if this has to do…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
