🌞 Uvex 10350 Superior Sun, Wind & Dust Goggles Review

Goggles protect eyes from dust and dirt when using the ZTR Mower. Fogging is a minor issue. However, the black material on the foam is coming off on my face.

Do not buy these glasses. They are made in Michigan from very tough rubber and there are no foam dust seals on the edges to rub against the face. The lenses are about a quarter inch smaller than the glasses on each side. Look for military goggles with visible foam padding to keep dust out. I was very disappointed. I found a better pair for less money on eBay.

Purchased to improve the Desert Shield experience. The glasses look like new. Shiny box with no shelf or socks for storage. Supplied with additional tinted lenses and instructions. These goggles are for sun, wind and dust protection only. The lenses are not ballistic. I would not recommend using it as eye protection unless ballistic lenses are deployed. The item is from 1974 but looks brand new.

They offer the best airsoft seal I've ever had (and yes, I checked they were safe before putting them on by shooting them at point-blank range with a pistol from I shot 500fps at 0.25s and it just smudged the lens.) They also work best with M1, MICH and M88 helmets. Having interchangeable lenses is a plus as they can be swapped out depending on the conditions. I've used them flawlessly at -15°F winter games and +100°F summer games.

If you take them out of the box and put them on your head, you will turn into a man with glasses. But note that it's not just glasses, it's the same glasses our soldiers wear, complete with instructions and tinted lenses. I use these goggles when riding a motorcycle with a half helmet and they are perfect for that. They don't fog up very much and have a good wide field of vision. Bought to use with an old vintage bike and half a helmet. At first it seemed they might be too big (as they stick out a bit) but they look very nice with a helmet. I like that my glasses fit in the glasses. They are comfortable, durable and close well. I also like that BOTH lenses are made from thicker Class 4 ballistic polycarbonate, which seems to hold up very well against pebbles or small road projectiles.
