Great tongue box for the price. The perfect size for my pendant is 6x10. This box will not fit a full size jack, but there is plenty of room for a scissor jack, zip ties, the occasional tool, etc. The angled design makes it easier to secure as you have more room before hollowing out your rear bumper with a rectangular box. As always, Revain had the best price I could find.

Looks good, latch and gas struts work properly. All the material seems a bit flimsy but if I had paid more I would have gotten more. It needs to hold all my straps, a few tools, and a battery for the winch to work properly. I was pleased when I opened it up and saw 2 aluminum brackets welded to the bottom front and back to reinforce the attachment point. The ship of the masters seems to be good. The lid seems to fit well so for the money I think it's good value for money.

I bought this to convert my camping trailer. It was easy to attach to the tongue and keeps all the accessories I need close at hand when setting up camp - leveler, chocks, tongue lock, power cord, hoses, etc. I love that it snaps into place. When my truck and trailer was broken into, the criminals (admittedly quite incompetent) tried to pick the lock and pick the box, but couldn't. So I would definitely buy it again and feel confident storing most camping essentials in it.

Just to confirm what others have said it is not a taper as mentioned. The locking pin was a bit long which made it difficult to close the item. It required a little massage to make it work properly. The rest of the shock and lockout are very good. This is the larger version and while I haven't tested it yet, it should fit the plane's tank and battery, making it ideal for a caravan. The height may or may not be suitable for other types of trailers. I think I would have liked a shorter and wider…
