Suitable for wide ranges of applications. Applications: Cuts all composition materials, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Great for cutting square grooves, and cleaning out dadoes. Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. suggested feeding speed: 8-12M/Min; suggested spindle speed: 18000-24000RPM. Features: Industrial grade carbide tip with sharp cutting edge, high hardness and long life. Solid hardened steel (45+hardness) body with anti-kickback design. Be sure to use only router bits and accessories designed for the router. Easy to Use: Use on electric router, carving machine, edge trimmer, CNC and other automatic routers. All bits must be inserted in the collet in full length. The tool shank should be installed with a clamping depth of at least 1-inch to maintain the proper pressure carrying range. The larger the tool diameter, the smaller the spindle speed should be. Tips: Always choose a router bit with a longer cutting edge than the workpiece. For example, use a tool with 1-inch cutting edge length when milling grooves of 1/2-inch depth. (It is NOT recommended that the cutting edge length equal to or less than 1/2-inch).

Good sturdy cutter

The drill bit did what it was supposed to do which was smooth a 24" x 24" table top of epoxy filled blocks of wood. My passes were about 1" wide and the depth of cut was limited to about 2mm, and wider and deeper passes would put too much strain on the milling motor. While the chisel worked fine if I had to do it again I wouldn't get a full diameter chisel, I think I would have had better results with a chisel with two smaller blades as it's easier to remove debris. Although these blades are…

Great product at a great price!

Great product at a great price! I plan many Live Edge panels, most of which are carved from residential trees, meaning you'll occasionally come across a driven nail, fence, or other metal object. With beats priced in excess of $50, every single table can become an incredibly expensive event, so having access to a quality beat at a great price is a must. If you have been in a similar situation look no further, great piece here. Home page. This is easy as you simply center the router on each…

In the first photo uxcell on a cedar, in the second photo the white side is on a cedar. The same batch of wood. Uxcell: I bought 2 Uxcell bits here on Amazon, Uxcell 1/2" shank, 1-1/8" cutting edge diameter double carbide tip and 2" and they work, but I am currently working with softwood and they are basic not suitable for building a cabinet they are ripped so it really depends what you are doing it for I would recommend uxcell bits for making any type of wood where you have hidden nails in…
