Description of πŸ”ͺ Inch Straight Shank Silver Cutting Tools by Uxcell

High Speed Steel tool - 28mm cutting diameter. Good for most general purpose applications, featuring a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Reduced Shank - Expanding the size range capacity of a portable drill chuck. Common flute and overall length for minimal adjustment during tool changes. Polished Finish - Polished treatment adds lubricity. Small pockets on the surface of the tool that act to hold coolant near the cutting edge. Wide Application - Drill low and medium tensile strength materials, such aluminum, iron, copper, brass and metal. Reduced shank drill bit is widely suitable for wood processing. (Hardness of the material to be drilled should not exceed 29HRC.). Please Note: To make clean and precise holes, water is required for lubrication and cooling when drilling metals, and the feed speed should be controlled. Increased use of water lubrication will extend drill bit life.

Disappointing Quality of Industrial Drill Bits

Based on our own experience, we found these cutting tools to be subpar. While they were affordable, they lacked durability and precision compared to more expensive options. The pros were that they were budget-friendly, but the cons were that they were not suitable for heavy-duty use in an industrial and scientific setting. We would not recommend these cutting tools for professional use.

Pros
  • Sharp and precise cutting
Cons
  • May require frequent sharpening to maintain effectiveness over time.

This drill is garbage.

I have to give this drill ZERO stars. Worst drill I have ever put in a drill chuck. The drill bit itself is bent about 1/64 inch. It works fine on the shaft in the lining, it comes out about 0.03 inch at the tip. Luckily I only dreamed of a 3/4 layer hole. I was able to get the job done, but this exercise is complete rubbish. DO NOT SPEND YOUR CASH!

Pros
  • Twist Drill
Cons
  • Only available in black

Trash!: Drill Bit

I needed to drill a large hole in a simple stack of soft wing washers to install six fuel shutoff valves for a project. It is impossible to even drill a hole in a washer! The beat is simply erased. I welded six regular washers to a piece of steel to hold them in place for drilling. I would then ground the welds to separate them. Wing disc holes were 1/4 inch. I drilled them with two big drill bits, gradually enlarging the hole first. When the last size was used with this drill, the drill simply

Pros
  • Drill Bit Short Length
Cons
  • Crumpled
