This is the perfect nest for fitting into an unused slot in NA Miatas. It requires some careful fitting and drilling of an enclosed space, but the reward is that it fits perfectly.

Subaru Outback 2014. Perfect for rear side marker lights. The only thing that bothered me was that the cord attached to the outlet was pulled out of the outlet fairly easily. It wasn't a big deal because I had two and only needed one and if I had to buy more they would be cheap. Worked great considering it was difficult to find a part to fit my Subaru.

My license plate light cartridges fell apart in my hand trying to change a burned out bulb. I found them and took the chance that they would fit. There were four meeting posts. I cut off two with a razor and they fit perfectly. I had to cut the connector, solder and heat shrink wires. Parking lights are also installed on the side of the front viewfinders should they ever need to be replaced.

They are not waterproof. The rubber grommets on the wires don't even come close to filling the gap in the harness cylinders. Sure, they'll work, but if you need them for a headlamp, you'll end up with condensation in them. They may be suitable for interior or cockpit installations, but I bought them specifically because they are "waterproof". The connections hardly remain in the case.

The product worked mostly on my 2015 F150. None of my stock bulbs worked. One socket was completely missing, the other had a broken cable. I was able to cut and solder these sockets and get the market fixtures to work. A tip though: the spacers that came with the sockets were too thin for the sockets to fit snugly into the lamp body. I was able to find some plumbing seals for a hose seal that may have worked. We'll see they don't leak water, but I have more faith in them now than in their…
