GREAT SYSTEM - saves my ยฝ bottle of wine to enjoy later

The VacuVin system works great to slow down the oxidation of a partially opened wine bottle. Doesn't make me drink the whole bottle at once (my wife appreciates it!). Although I don't open six bottles at once, this six cork deal was too good to pass up. Now I have spare parts and the colors make them easy to find in the drawer.

Just as good as what you would pay twice (or more) for.

Just as good as what you'd pay twice (or more) for at a liquor or grocery store. Colors can also be associated with the type of wine, making them easy to identify in the fridge or pantry. They hold pressure well too. And, of course, vacuum-packed wine can withstand room pressure, limiting a million to one. We enjoy another glass within a week of opening and it still tastes great. Highly recommended.

Previous versions worked; it's not like this. Will not work with Vacu Vin air pump.

They are too small and don't suck well. We've had these brightly colored plugs for the past several years and they've worked well before. Our suction pump works with our old gray plugs but not with the new colored ones. It looks like it doesn't meet the original manufacturing specs as they don't create a vacuum in the bottle once inflated. If you pull the plug out immediately after inflation, you won't hear the whistling of the expelled air. When you pump out air, there is no resistance, so you
