Valterra A01 2012VP Silver Carded Shower Review

This drain was purchased to install a shower drain on a school bus that was being converted into a residence. This is exactly what we needed. I'm so glad we were able to find the right size for such an unusual project.

Positive: Tight, does not leak! Cons: The top cover is thin! Slightly thicker than aluminum foil. If you put your foot on the drain, the lid will bend. Very different from the SOLID case my camper originally had.

Fantastic RV bath drain. We were replacing our camper tub and I wanted a new sink. Valterra was the most recommended product. I would have to agree. Very easy to install and was a direct replacement for our old gutter. Be sure to use silicone around the drain against the tub when installing the drain.

Need a new shower drain as the plastic we had was on its last legs. It took a few hits with a hammer and screwdriver, but ended up pulling the old one out. This new drain fits like a glove and was fully installed in about 5 minutes. Without exaggeration! Looks great in the shower, especially compared to what was there. Great price, very good quality and easy to assemble. Thumbs up 👍
