I like that this tool can be used to monitor all of our systems in real time from any device anywhere at anytime. It is very easy to use once you get familiar with it's interface. There are some things missing such as more reports which would make life easier. With Valuemation we can monitor all our processes in one place. It's a great tool to monitor our own processes and to make sure that we are on track and that we are adhering to the SLAs we set ourselves. It is a great tool to track our processes to make sure we are following the plan we set ourselves. Overall, I do not have any dislikes about this product. There are lot of features in V2 which provides me with option to monitor my network easily from one platform where I can view all devices connected status/ performance along-with their real time alerts / issues as well at any given point or instant by just clicking over there. I like that we can see all of our data in one place - it's very easy to filter through what is important or relevant at any given time! It would be great if you could add some more visualizations/charts so things are easier when looking back over previous months / years (ease navigation).
