Very good fit for our 7 year old but almost too small for a 9 year old. If you overheat very quickly, spend a little less than the recommended amount of time in warm water to get in shape.

This is the perfect size for a child's mouth. I rinsed them in 70 degree hot water and they did fine. My kids don't seem to mind wearing these things. Would buy again!
