Good: The camera takes good pictures day and night. Lots of useful features and I like the GPS option (which I bought for the module). Bad: The camera records randomly. My original X1 mount stopped sticking to the windshield after 4 years so I needed a new mount. Since I wanted to use the GPS function, I bought it as a replacement. A GPS signal is never received, so the speed always shows 0.00 mph and no location information is recorded. Easy to install, suction cup works like a charm. Time will tell how well it holds up on rough roads, but it should be fine. When I checked the GPS on my street, it was accurate to about six feet. So can't complain, it could be a bit more accurate if the trees outside aren't blocking the odd satellite. The only complaint is the Ventrue viewer, which doesn't even load on my Windows 10 PC. This review isn't about how well GPS works. I want to say it works, but I haven't really bothered to test this feature. This review concerns the spatial and structural design of the product, with which I am not satisfied. I want to install this camera just behind the driver's mirror without seeing it.
