Good idea but unfortunately this item was listed as compatible with the new GMC Terrain 2018 when purchased. It isn't. The hooks won't stay put so I had to put them on glue my car.

Attention buyers. It is NOT suitable for the 2018 Equinox. The hooks are too big to fit the 2018 model latches. And the return costs almost as much as the purchase, so unfortunately this item is going into the goodwill box.

I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox, I've seen pictures of other people and it looked like the mesh was reaching the floor mat, but I think I'm shorting out a few inches been. My car didn't need two top hooks. It just doesn't seem enough. I added a hook at the bottom center to attach it to the floor mat but it looks silly. I will update with more use.

I was so excited to get this. I installed it in the back of my Buick Enclave and it looked great. I went to the grocery store, came back and one of the cheap plastic hooks had already fallen apart and was dangling limply at the back end. I wish I could find one with a metal hook. There's nothing quite like opening the back of a car, rolling out a bottle of tomato sauce and slinging it all over the garage floor.

Depending on your vehicle this grid might work. I bought it for the 2018 Terrain and it's not wide enough and too "tall". The included adhesive hooks are weak; I tried sticking two to the dry surface of the inside of the trunk and they fell off with minimal pressure. I don't even use it anymore, it's too clunky in my car. Regardless, the mesh is a pretty decent size and sturdy, so check the measurements before you buy.

THE ONLY REASON FOR 4 STARS. If you purchase this product, be sure to watch the assembly video. I'm glad I went back to my order and watched the video. In fact, it is part of different images. I tried to figure it out myself and one day after reading the reviews I found out that there were no instructions for this product. I knew there had to be a way to bring it together. I even tried YouTube :( no luck on YouTube but I was lucky to see that the person was kind enough to post the video. Easy…

I bought this thinking it was designed specifically for my Terrain (2018) or at least looks like GMC's OEM net, but the top hook in the car is a small plastic twin hook, the small hook on the net is also great to hold on to. I just had to go around the hook and hook it straight into the elastic, which took a little effort stretching the hole where the clip is on the net, but I managed. I think it should be fine, but you might want to know that it's not really an OEM design or anything like…

I'm only giving 3 stars because the mesh itself is good but the packaging had plastic clips with plastic screw caps and no had instructions on how to connect the clips to the mesh. To make matters worse, it came with 3 clips and 5 caps. Since there are 4 places on the network where you can connect to your computer, this is not a start. Instead I went to my local hardware store, bought 4 small and inexpensive chrome carabiner clips and it made installation a lot easier than sending the package…
