Great for traveling

My cat hates getting in the vehicle. We traveled extensively for 3 months. She resisted going in the first few times, but settled in and traveled very well. I secured it in the vehicle with a seatbelt through the straps. We took her out with us when we stopped for lunch while on the road. Thanks to the short leash attached on the inside, I could open it and feel secure that she couldn't jump out. I chose this backpack for a few reasons (durability and size, etc.), but the most important was…

Fit under the seat, easy to get cat in the side entry, held up against cat scratching to get out

Fit under the seat on JetBlue, just don't cram too much stuff in the front pocket or being under a seat will push the front pocket down on your cat.Held up against my cat clawing and tearing at the mesh -- NONE of the mesh got torn or broken by my cat's claws! Super impressed at how sturdy this thing is, and how airline-friendly.

Great for air travel

I use this bag for air traveling pets. It’s great for dogs and cats, I could fit a larger puppy about 15lbs just fine. It’s nice because they can stand up when the bag is sitting up and also lay down and stretch out when the bag is laying down I.e when I slide it under the seat on the plane. It also fits under seats just fine. I also like that it has side compartments and a front zipper for pet things and also when since this becomes your personal item you can put your wallet, etc. in this bag…

Good for my dog! good for me

I think it’s a bit too big for my 13 lb dog, but it’s very helpful for me to carry her up 6 flights. She doesn’t like it, cuz she feels moving around a bit, so I put some towels on the bottom.

Carrying case in my review

Well ventilated pet carrying case. Case can be carried on back like a back pack. My cat loves getting in the bag. Bag did not cause pet anxiety. Seat belt fits around the case. Easily transport pet where she needs to go.

Backpack fits cats about 12 pounds and under.

The backpack is super cute but the particular cat that I orginally bought this for does not fit in it. She is 19 pounds. I do have 2 other cats that I will use this for but unfortunately I will have to buy a different carrier for my cat that has biweekly visits to the vet.

SOOO CUTE! for my opinion

My girl Izzie is 10lbs and 12 years old. At first she was like " what the heck!" now she loves it! I LOVE it as well. I ride a scooter that goes up to 25 miles an hour and I love being able to tote her with me but after 30 minutes or so the lower bottom part of the backpack hurts my lower back.I will use it still, but only if I need to take her with me for long rides.
