RIPOFF - Verizon Thieves, Scams, Abusive Company - Poor Customer Service

Wireless Service Nightmare - Late Payments and Changing Deadlines without Notice Save Yourself the Misery I had one of those cute boxes, works great no cords to phone lines etc which is great convenient and easy. I had this for my home wireless phone and internet service, I was a Verizon customer for years, everything was fine until I switched to their wireless service. Using my services, I even went to a wonderful free concert they were giving on a quiet evening and sang while their voice came

Hotspot gives me mobile freedom.

Finally decided to activate hotspot! A product with which I am 100% satisfied! The Verizon store I visited, the people were exceptional in their service! Verizon, even with prepaid, is lagging behind. The prepaid program is somewhat archaic. It's taking me a while to get used to syncing my usage with the appropriate prepaid program that I'm most comfortable with. It's just a small bump, the hotspot gives me the mobile freedom I've dreamed of!

Works great for us best in Computers & Accessories

We have been using our Verizon 890L Jetpack for almost 3 years and have had no problems with it. We used it when we stayed in our RV. Great for that, and Verizon has good reception in most places. However, we had a contract with our plan.
