Only worked for 1 month. It has become a brick. I tried to go back and Revane said I couldn't. Don't buy unless you're buying direct from Verizon or you're out of luck.

Works as advertised after playing with it a bit. Some caveats. The device is either an ODM package for Novatel (i.e. a manufacturer in China or elsewhere directly to that seller) or it is a side sale of the same. It wasn't in the packaging I expected from Novatel or Verizon when it was refurbished or new, and it was missing a SIM card. The device does not have a normal SIM card. We have the same card in the same app with no problems. This card disconnects itself and needs to be reconnected manually, defeating the purpose. It's just not reliable.

The rubber coating turned into a sticky mass in a few months, it was almost impossible to remove and the surface looked crappy and stayed sticky. The modem function is ok, when used with a PepWave SOHO router the LTE connection takes a long time.
