Not sure if this will improve much but worth trying cheap

Overall I'm not sure they really improve anything. In terms of weatherproofing, you usually have to drill a hole for the wires to run through and it's never fully sealed around the speaker's edges, depending on where you install it. I haven't tested the sound with or without it, but I suspect the improvements are minimal. The speaker and everything else becomes more important. It would also be nice if there were options for different depths. I wouldn't add that if I haven't already replaced the

Great but the edges don't curl as much

I had to install them on the panel in the game machine hoping I could just glue the edges but they are all curled so I had to cut them out and then attach them with hot glue. I don't know, but they're doing their job.

Worked great for my app

This worked great for my app. I have a Dodge with 2.5" front speakers. I cut the top of the foam baffle to the required size with a razor knife. Since I have aftermarket speakers they fit snugly. I taped the top edge of the speaker with foam, cut a small slit into the bottom of the bulkhead to allow the wires to pass through.
