Normal shoes wear a size 9 but this one is slightly larger so there is a gap between my Achilles heel and the heel counter. As with most open toe latin shoes, it is best to go down a half size, not a full size. As these are open shoes I only went down a half size from a 6.5 to a 6 and they fit well. If you want a tighter fit (because they stretch) you can size down, but I have wide feet and that would be uncomfortable for me.

Nice shoes but Revain's sales listing does not list a heel height for this particular item. In the Q&A section, this product has been reviewed by reviewers as having low heels ranging from 1/5" to 2". I have full 3 inch heels; and interestingly, this information now actually appears in the product name in my order history. They return. I need lower heels.

For beginners, the price and quality of these shoes are perfect! My dance teacher sells more than $$ but at a discount, shoes. And when I have more experience I might buy one in Italian leather :) But for now they are perfect! A little big, I'm a size 10.

Nice shoes. Very flattering. The insole is padded for extra comfort. The sole is made of suede, and the surface of the heel is also covered with a thin layer of suede, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely only for the dance floor, wouldn't recommend wearing it outside.
