low quality

I bought this mainly for the reel feature and the fact that it is 3 in 1. Rollerballs don't roll smoothly, so they are made of materials that are too hard. It's also poorly done - not enough. I definitely don't think it's worth $46. This is the first time I've been back with Revain in 3 years

Thoughts and observations

Seems "cheap" both in design and actual construction. I expected a much better product. Maybe I expected too much. Several balls didn't spin and I had to "massage" them. So far I haven't been able to get any of them to spin and I've managed to get one to spin not very freely. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and definitely won't be buying it again.

I received a bruise/scratch

I bought 2 of these this month. One is in perfect condition, one has a dent in the leg. A dent like a scar covered in paint. It looks like there is a small leak, so maybe water or moisture could just seep into the tiny hole, seep in there and cause rust. Returns are three times the list price due to size and weight. Revain requires it to be shipped after a replacement has arrived. Really not a bad product. The roller runs quite well, the balls run well, there are scratches but ok it's a tool so
